The Queue Apartments, a new apartment complex located in downtown Fort Lauderdale requested The Social Group™ for a complete top-to-bottom redesign. We started with a full redesign brand book and story board for a new video centerpiece that would be prominent on the new site. After staging and filming the videos, taking the user from the interior lobby, to model apartment units, out through the pool courtyard and into the gym, we integrated it into a fully custom site. We simplified the ability for users to search and filter through available apartment units, established lead generation forms and more. Ultimately, we exceeded the goal of generating 20 converted lead-to-sales within the first two weeks.
